Terms & Conditions – Vivo Body & Skin Clinic

By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment at Vivo Body & Skin Clinic, Mumbai, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
- Our certified staff follow strict protocols, but we cannot guarantee specific team members for repeat sessions.
- Consultations may be recorded for safety, training, and insurance purposes. Images of clients will only be taken with consent. All records are managed as per our Privacy Policy and Indian data protection laws.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Missed sessions from prepaid treatment courses will be deducted as used.
- Appointments are non-transferable between clients.
- To reschedule, please contact the clinic directly at +91 22 4242 8080. Voicemail or social media messages are not valid for cancellations.
- Clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shorter treatment time or cancellation without refund.
- Preparation instructions will be provided before certain treatments. Failure to follow them may lead to cancellation, reduced treatment time, or additional charges.
- Prepaid bookings are non-refundable but can be adjusted toward other treatments (subject to approval).
- Clients who become pregnant before completing prepaid sessions will have the balance converted into a credit valid for two years.
2. Payments, Deposits & Refunds
- A non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This will be adjusted against your treatment cost.
- Full payment (cash, UPI, or card) is required on the day of treatment unless prepaid.
- Payments made in advance are non-refundable, except where medical evidence from a registered doctor confirms you are unfit for treatment.
- Treatment courses must be fully paid before the first session and completed within 12 months of purchase.
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you attend a consultation but choose not to proceed, your deposit will not be refunded.
3. Treatment Courses
- All treatments in a package must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.
- Results may vary depending on lifestyle, diet, and medical conditions. Following aftercare instructions is essential for the best results.
- If treatment is deemed unsuitable during consultation, only the consultation fee (if applicable) will be payable.
4. Suitability & Refusal of Treatment
- All treatments are subject to medical assessment. We may refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.
- Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in refusal of treatment and forfeiture of fees paid.
5. Liability
- Clients must provide a full and accurate medical history before treatment. We will not be liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
- Vivo Body & Skin Clinic is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of income or business).
- This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Customer Concerns
If you experience any issues, please contact us via our contact form or email. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
7. Special Offers, Packages & Vouchers
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missing an appointment will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
- 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule voucher appointments.
- Free treatments offered in packages must be used at the same appointment. They cannot be split across visits. However, complimentary treatments may be exchanged for another of equivalent value (subject to availability).
- Management’s decision on offers and vouchers is final.
8. Third-Party Requests
If external organisations (e.g., lawyers, insurers, agencies) request documentation, Vivo Body & Skin Clinic reserves the right to charge an administrative fee.
9. Data & Communication Policy
- Enquiry form submissions are securely stored and may be used to share updates, offers, and aftercare advice. You can opt out anytime.
- By booking, you consent to being contacted via phone, SMS, or email for appointment reminders and aftercare.
- Your information will never be sold to third parties.
10. Free Treatments & Social Media Engagement
Clients availing free treatments as part of offers must follow at least one of our official social media pages (Facebook or Instagram). This helps us build a trusted client community.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
12. Consent & Acknowledgement
By booking an appointment, making a payment, or undergoing treatment at Vivo Body & Skin Clinic, you acknowledge that you:
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Have disclosed all relevant medical information truthfully.
- Accept that results may vary based on individual conditions.
